The weather is getting warmer, summer is getting closer and the Alpacas are ready for a trim.
Today the alpacas went one-by-one to have their coats sheared off. Alpacas do not shed their fur like a dog or cat and therefore need a helping hand with their coat! We shear our Alpacas annually for their health and welfare to make sure they have a breathable coat for the warmer weather across the spring and summer seasons. They have all been brilliant this year and look amazing with their freshly trimmed fur.
